If you register on the system (free) you will be able to log in again to change the time of your appointment if you need to.

If you select a phone call, Malcolm Sleath will call you at the appointed time. If you are outside the UK, please include your international dialling code in your number.

You will get a confirmatory email from the system to confirm the time for your talk. It’s as simple as that.

A web conversation has a number of advantages. Malcolm can show you how situations can be analysed using the 12boxes framework. You will see the framework being constructed as you discuss a situation by sharing Malcolm’s screen, and you will also be able to see Malcolm.

If you wish, you will also be able to use a web cam so that Malcolm can see you, and also share your screen should that be appropriate. You control all of that from your computer.

12boxes uses an app called GoToMeeting. When requested you will need to download it to your computer so that you can connect. This app is widely used in the corporate world and is generally regarded to be safe and secure.

Normally, the audio connection is through your computer’s sound system. It’s best that you use a headset, but your computer’s microphone and speakers will work, especially if you are in a quiet environment.

If your computer is not equipped for sound, you will be able to dial into a special phone number for audio.
